Welcome to our home in paradise! Behind you, Lodge Hill and pine forest. In front of you, ocean and tide pools. To the left and right open ranch land and spectacular hiking trails that meander along the ocean cliffs... a peaceful, romantic getaway where you can relax and regain your calm center. Comfortably furnished in eclectic Cambria Cottage style, this house has everything you will need. The kitchen is fully equipped for those who enjoy cooking. Curl up in front of the fire, relax and read a book, go for a romantic walk along the beach or take a bottle of wine down to the sand and enjoy the sunset. Let our home be your home. Come and renew yourself in nature's beauty! You will have access to many Central Coast attractions from Cambria. Cambria itself is a charming village that features galleries, shops, a playhouse, local music and a variety of dining options, as well as a beautiful environment. Visit the elephant seal rookery, Hearst Castle and Big Sur to the North on picturesque Hwy. 1 and the Paso Robles Wine Region is a short drive to the East on Hwy 46. I hope you will visit soon. Amenities: Wood-burning fireplace, Phone, TV, VCR/DVD, CD Player/Radio with IPOD dock. Full Kitchen, Microwave, Refrigerator, All Linens Provided, Washer/Dryer, Charcoal Grill(BBQ), 2 Car Garage. Activities(on site or nearby): Coastal Access, Hiking, Biking, Golf, Tennis, Fitness Center, Fishing, Wildlife Viewing, Horseback Riding, Shopping, Restaurants, Museums, Elephant Seals, Sightseeing, Boating, Surfing, Windsurfing. Rates: 1 to 2 persons $135/night 3 to 4 persons $155/night 5 to 6 persons $175/night. Two night minimum stay is always required, however June 15th thru September 15th there will 5-7 night required stays and Holiday periods will be from 3-5 night stays. ***For requests fewer than the minimums please contact us, we may be able to help.*** A non-refundable cleaning fee will be collected based on number of guests & length of stay. There is also a $25 reservation fee & 11% Bed Tax calculated on the total amount. Monthly rates available upon request. This house is Pet Friendly but an additional fee will be charged. Reservations & Check-in: A deposit is required at time of booking via your M/C, Visa or AMX card to confirm your reservation. Initial deposit amount will be based on total amount due. Holiday reservations & longer stays require 50% payment at time of booking. All remaining balances are due 30 days prior to arrival. We do accept checks however a credit card number is required to hold your reservation until check is received. Reservation will include: 1. Total Nightly Rent 2. $25 Reservation Fee charged at time of booking. 3. Cleaning Fee(see"Cleaning") 4. 11% Occupancy Tax on the entire amount. Check-in is between 3:00 & 5:00 p.m. & check-out is 11:00 a.m. Parking for 3 cars, no RV's please. Due to our local County Ordinance no groups or parties are allowed. We are sorry but this is a NO SMOKING home. Cancellation Policy: There is a $75 fee for any cancelled reservation. If you cancel a reservation, a minimum 60 day notice must be given for an immediate return of your deposit. If less than a 60 day notice is given, there will be no return of deposit or any collected funds unless the home is re-rented. No refunds will be given for early departure or fewer guests after home is occupied.
